About Guest City Consulting

The firm was founded by Robert Guest in 2010 and mainly provides services to businesses in the financial services and property sectors. It aims to provide a high level of professional service to each of its clients.

We supply in-house lawyers on a part-time basis to clients. The firm has close links to F2 Capital Ventures LLP which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. F2 Financial Ventures LLP mainly focuses on corporate clients seeking to raise capital or to undertake the sale or purchase of businesses.

Guest City Consulting does not engage in reserved legal activities described under the Legal Services Act 2007 s12(1) as exercising rights of audience, conduct of litigation, reserved instrument activities, probate activities, notarial activities or administration of oaths.
